 Dr. Saad Ibrahim AlKhalaf 🇸🇦

Dr Saad Al-Khalaf is a well-known value scholar and influencer; he has participated in and contributed to G20, BRICS, Saudi Arabia, MENA Region and other Global Forums. Dr. Saad is the Founding Partner and Vice President of Arrowad International Group. He is a former faculty member at King Saud University, holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Psychology, a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Society for Quality, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Society for Training and Human Resources Development, and member of the Consulting Offices in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh. He headed research teams that carried out several research studies at the national and regional levels. 

Dr. Asif Chowdhury 🇧🇩

Doctor of Business Administration from Swiss School of Business and Management, Geneva, Switzerland; 22+ years’ work experience in 5-countries with 36-diversified multinationals.

Dr. Chowdhury was one of the founding delegates of V20 Saudi Presidency 2020; he was the Speaker of V20 (Values 20) Inaugural Summit of G20, 2020, and V20 Italy 2021. He was the Co-Chapter Author of the two Task Forces, Solidarity and Sharing, and participated in the panel discussion during the Summit in Rome. Dr. Asif Chowdhury was assigned as a Task Force Governance Leader for the V20 Indonesia 2022 Presidency of G20.

Dr. Neo Boon Siong is a non-executive Director of Chip Eng Seng Corporation, Wealth Management Institute, and St Luke’s Eldercare. He is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of The Navigators, Singapore, and serves on the International Advisory Board of Waseda University Business School (Japan), & Gnowbe, and Audit Committee of St Luke’s Hospital. He is a Fellow of the Centre for Liveable Cities, the Healthcare Leadership College and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Dr. Neo has 42 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, information systems, strategy, research, business consulting, management education, and corporate governance. He is a leading expert in public sector governance, business strategy, process management and organizational change. 

Dr. Neil Hawkes 🇬🇧

Dr. Neil is well-known worldwide as an inspirational speaker, educator, broadcaster, TEDx presenter, author and social commentator.  Dr. Neil is a Global Advocate for Ethical Leadership, Founder of the IVET Foundation and Values-based Education (VbE). Dr. Neil’s wisdom is having a profound influence in society. Dr. Neil first gained international recognition when he was a Headteacher in Oxfordshire, UK. Here he worked with a school community to devise and implement a model of education, which would give pupils a transformational vocabulary, based on values such as respect, tolerance, humility and justice. The school community found that pupils were empowered to be self-leaders, with an active ethical compass that positively affected behaviour, their thinking and the quality of their schoolwork. The work also had a profound impact on the adults too.

Dr. Oliver Rahn 🇩🇪 🇦🇺

Dr. Oliver is an expert on human values with over 20 years’ experience as a senior business manager in a variety of organisations and industries. Dr. Oliver completed his doctorate at the UWA Business School under the supervision of Profs Julie Lee and Geoffrey Soutar. His research investigates the effects of personal values and values-congruence on organisational outcomes. He currently provides organisational change consulting services to the industry, specialising in organisation and personal values and how these affect employee reactions to new strategies, including organisational change and transformation, as well as organisational culture development.
