Dr Saad Al-Khalaf is a well-known value scholar and influencer; he has participated in and contributed to G20, BRICS, Saudi Arabia, MENA Region and other Global Forums. Dr. Saad is the Founding Partner and Vice President of Arrowad International Group. He is a former faculty member at King Saud University, holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Psychology, a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Society for Quality, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Society for Training and Human Resources Development, and member of the Consulting Offices in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Riyadh. He headed research teams that carried out several research studies at the national and regional levels.

Dr. Chowdhury was one of the founding delegates of V20 Saudi Presidency 2020; he was the Speaker of V20 (Values 20) Inaugural Summit of G20, 2020, and V20 Italy 2021. He was the Co-Chapter Author of the two Task Forces, Solidarity and Sharing, and participated in the panel discussion during the Summit in Rome. Dr. Asif Chowdhury was assigned as a Task Force Governance Leader for the V20 Indonesia 2022 Presidency of G20.

Dr. Neil first gained international recognition when he was a Headteacher in Oxfordshire, UK. Here he worked with a school community to devise and implement a model of education, which would give pupils a transformational vocabulary, based on values such as respect, tolerance, humility and justice. The school community found that pupils were empowered to be self-leaders, with an active ethical compass that positively affected behaviour, their thinking and the quality of their schoolwork. The work also had a profound impact on the adults too.
